Minimum Stay Requirements
Regular & Summer Season: 2 nights
Halloween, New Year, French Quarter Festival, & Bowl Games: 3 nights
Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, & Southern Decadence: 5 nights
Reservation Deposit Policy
A reservations deposit equal to the greater of the first
night's stay or 25% of the total stay. A credit card
must be included with the reservation request in order
for your reservation to be confirmed. No charges will be
made to your credit card until check-in. This
information is used only to guarantee your reservation.
The credit card will only be charged for cancellation
policy violations and no-shows. If you are uncomfortable
including your credit card information online, please
contact us toll-free at (877) 247-7599. Deposit may be
sent by mail, but reservation is not confirmed until
deposit has been received. Guests are responsible for
all reserved dates, regardless of late arrival or early
departure. Some special events have higher deposit and
longer cancellation requirements.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made in excess of 14 days will be refunded
in full. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to
scheduled arrival will be charged one nights stay.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to scheduled
arrival will be charged full stay unless the room(s) can
be re-booked at same rate and terms. Certain special
events such as Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest have 30 day
cancellation requirements that will be outlined in your
confirmation letter.
